We empower women through skill training, entrepreneurship, and leadership programs — helping them earn livelihoods, gain confidence, and participate in decision-making.
Our youth programs build civic engagement, vocational skills, and entrepreneurship. DES trains young people to become change-makers who contribute to peaceful and productive societies.
Through our “Peace Actors Forum” and community dialogues, DES promotes social harmony, tolerance, and conflict resolution in divided communities.
DES partners with the Sindh Education Foundation to provide inclusive education through the Foundation Assisted Schools (FAS) project — promoting gender equality and access to learning in rural Pakistan.
We ensure access to clean water and sanitation facilities, training thousands in safe hygiene practices through our WASH programs in Jamshoro and Dadu.
We raise awareness of human rights and support citizens to engage in governance processes through advocacy, civic education, and legal empowerment.
DES equips vulnerable communities to prepare for and mitigate disasters through awareness, capacity building, and community-based disaster risk reduction programs.
