As the Chairperson of DES, I take immense pride in the impact we are making across Sindh, Pakistan. Since our establishment in 2015, we have been commi ed to sustainable development, social jus ce, and empowering marginalized communi es. Our focus on youth and women’s empowerment, gender rights, rural civil and poli cal rights, and socio-cultural challenges reflects our dedica on to crea ng las ng change.

Through partnerships with na onal and interna onal donors, we have implemented transforma ve programs that provide safe drinking water, promote peace and tolerance,
enhance voca onal skills, and expand access to educa on. Each ini a ve brings us closer to a society where opportuni es are available to all, regardless of background.

While progress takes me, our commitment remains unwavering. Every challenge strengthens our resolve to break barriers and foster an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future.

As the Chief Execu ve Officer of DES, I take immense pride in the transforma ve impact we have made across Sindh, Pakistan. Since our establishment in 2015, DES has remained dedicated to sustainable development and empowerment, focusing on youth and women’s empowerment, gender rights, rural civil and poli cal rights, and Pakistan’s unique socio

cultural challenges.

With the support of na onal and interna onal donors, our programs con nue to create las ng change. From ensuring access to safe drinking water to fostering peace and tolerance,

enhancing voca onal skills, promo ng civic engagement, and expanding educa onal opportuni es, DES is commi ed to building a more inclusive and equitable society.

Recognizing the evolving socio-economic landscape, DES has also priori zed entrepreneurship, business development, and freelancing opportuni es for youth in Sindh. By equipping young individuals with essen al skills, mentorship, and resources, we are fostering a culture of self reliance, innova on, and economic empowerment. Through our ini a ves, we aim to unlock new pathways for sustainable livelihoods, enabling youth to thrive in the digital and business economies.
